The Volunteer of the Year Award was named in memory of Jim Rodney, RPF, who passed away in 2004. Demonstrating his passion for his chosen profession, Jim was always willing to sacrifice his time and energy to advance the practice of forestry. It is fitting that the Volunteer of the Year award bear Jim’s name. His volunteerism stands as an example and inspiration to everyone.
