Fees
All applications must be accompanied by two fees:
(1) Application Fee
(2) Annual Membership Fee

Membership Fees are Reduced for Applications Received after March 1^st
If you are applying after March 1^st, your membership fees will be reduced or abated. Refer to the list of abated annual membership fees on the Fees page.
