Occasionally, members of one membership category wish to transfer to a different membership category. You will need to request a transcript assessment to determine whether you meet the core competency requirements or need to complete additional course work.

5. TFT to FIT
6. FIT to RFT
7. TFT to FP

How to Apply for a Transcript Assessment

1. Determine your eligibility. Check the Entering the Profession section of the site to make sure you qualify for the new membership category. [more]
2. Complete the Transcript Assessment Form.
3. Submit the form together with the current Transcript Assessment fee. See the Fees page for more information.

4. Your request will be forwarded to the board of examiners for consideration.
