Do You Live in BC's Interior? Or are you an RFT?
Join BCFP's Editorial Board!

The BC Forest Professional (BCFP) editorial board has two volunteer positions open. We're looking for forest professionals based in the Interior and RFTs to balance out all the coastal based members and RPFs currently on the board.

Joining the editorial board means attending six meetings a year (one in-person and five conference calls). At these meetings you:

• Decide on the magazine themes
• Brainstorm authors and article topics
• Review submitted articles

Being a board member is not about correcting run-on sentences or comma usage (we have an editor who does that). It's about using your forestry knowledge to make sure BCFP is an interesting and useful magazine for BC's forest professionals.

Please submit a current resume and a letter outlining why you'd like to join the editorial board to Brenda Martin at bmartin@abcfp.ca by April 13, 2012.
